Sabatini's Italian Trattoria

Background: For nearly two decades traditional and innovative cuisine has made Sabatini's Princess’ signature Italian restaurant. The reenvisioned Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria features a new contemporary interior design that reinforces the fresh dining experiences that await. 

The inspired new menu was developed in collaboration with acclaimed Italian Chef Angelo Auriana and features handmade pasta courses alongside treasured family recipes curated from Italian chefs across the fleet.


The Objective: To position Princess as an industry leader in the culinary sector by promoting the new Sabatini’s as a charming Italian Trattoria at sea with an elevated new menu featuring dishes crafted exclusively for Princess by an acclaimed Italian chef.


The Plan: Create awareness of the new restaurant via email and on Create a sizzle reel to be used in promotions to prospects, travel agents and onboard showcasing Chef Auriana’s fresh cooking in the Sabatini’s open kitchen onboard a Grand Princess.


The Creative:

Menu Board

  • Gray, brass and red color palette inspired by finishes found in the restaurant decor. Red is an iconic color in Italy.

  • Menu board is wood with a gray stain and brass Chicago screws.

  • Logo is laser etched into the back of the board

  • Leather cover with laser etched logo at center
