As part of Disney's community outreach, Disney hosts an annual Youth Leadership Summit each year in partnership with the Central Florida Urban League focused on engaging and empowering students to become positive leaders in their school and communities.

 

The event was a huge success, with the greatest turnout in the history of the event. 170 students attended, along with Orange County police speaking on issue in the community.
